An understanding of shape and space is an important part of mathematics that dates back to work done by the ancient Greeks to systematise our knowledge of these.

We will break this year’s work down into 3 sections:

• Nets;
• Symmetry;
• Classifiying Shapes;
• Units.

Section B

• Angles & Parallel Lines;
• Angles & Polygons;
• Tranformations;
• Scale Drawing.
